Shipping

The product will be sent to the address indicated by the User at the time of purchase.

The shipping cost will depend on the option chosen by the User.

Once the payment of the product has been made, and having received the confirmation email of the purchased products, through the website, the User will be able to check the status of his order in real time.

The delivery time for Standard Shipping will be approximately 2 to 5 business days; for Express Shipping from 1 to 2 business days and for Overseas Shipping may be from 7 business days.

Delivery times are subject to restrictions. We may use third parties for the delivery of the Products that collaborate directly, in order to deliver the Products in the shortest possible time.

Purchases made on (official) holidays or weekends will be processed on the first following business day. If we are unable to deliver the order within this timeframe, the User will be notified as soon as possible.

The User unconditionally agrees to receive the product and to document in a reliable manner any deficiency, error, or defect as to identity, quality or quantity.

The User is obliged to sign a certificate of delivery and conformity, which will be provided by World Boxing Council Store, which will state the status of the product at the time of delivery, being delivered and releasing the seller or carrier from any liability.

In the event that the User refuses to sign the delivery and conformity certificate, he/she waives the right to demand a refund or return of the purchased product, and the World Boxing Council Store will not be obliged to deliver the actual product, configuring the virtual delivery as specified below.

From the moment the product is available to the User, that is, at the time the seller, carrier or representative of the World Boxing Council Store apersone at the address indicated at the time of purchase, the product will be considered virtually received by the User, so that World Boxing Council Store will only have the rights and obligations of a depositary. The depositor shall be responsible for all storage, conservation, administration, collection and delivery of the product.

Upon virtual, real or legal delivery of the product, the parties agree that the purchase and sale shall be deemed terminated or consummated for all legal purposes to which it may apply, saving the rights of the User in relation to hidden defects, defects in operation and any other to enforce them as a redhibitory action in terms of the Civil Code of Mexico City.

In the event that the product is not received or it is impossible to be delivered due to lack of information or reasons attributable to the User, this situation will be notified so that the impediment can be corrected and a new delivery date can be set.

If for the second time the product cannot be delivered, for reasons attributable to the User, the location where the product will be available to the User will be notified.

If in a period greater than 30 calendar days, the User does not come to the address indicated to pick up the product, it will be considered delivered.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@wbcstore.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
